Hot Stone Massage
Hot stones are smooth, heated basalt or lava rocks used for relaxation and muscle recovery. Placed strategically on the body or used during manual techniques, they emit soothing warmth, promoting deep relaxation, and stress relief.
The heat penetrates muscles, reducing tension and improving blood circulation. This ancient practice melts away knots, aches, and stress, making it a popular choice for those seeking a rejuvenating recovery from the demands of modern life.
