Leah’s approach to massage is to facilitate wellness through respectful, responsible, and intentional touch. Her work is inspired by the quote “making space for change” and she rejects language like “fixing” because no one is “broken.” She utilizes Swedish, myofascial and dynamic movement techniques to encourage balance and overall wellbeing. She works within a trauma-informed, non-judgemental and body/size inclusive framework for each individual and emphasizes collaboration at every stage of the treatment. Leah particularly enjoys working with folks who are new to receiving massage therapy as she believes it is an exceptional way to support people on their individual health journeys.
Leah continues to explore educational resources and opportunities to best serve her community. If she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her starting a new crafting hobby or hanging out in city parks with her Jack Russell/Chihuahua named Felix.
At TCMW Leah brings experience working with diverse populations whose goals relate to mental health, posture, chronic stress and pain, sleep quality, body image, and grief. Leah has additional training in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage techniques and is inspired to pursue additional certifications in Lymphatic Drainage.

Zhi is an RMT who brings a sincere appreciation for the resilience of the body and mind. Based on her experience working as an OTA/PTA, she is keenly aware of the mind-body receptiveness to rehabilitation, and she brings a passionate commitment to each therapeutic treatment. Zhi strives to understand the complexity of an individual’s concerns and views the therapeutic relationship as a critical aspect of care. Beyond the clinic, Zhi can be found searching for the next best restaurant to grab a bite at, biking around the city, or drawing with friends.
At TCMW, Zhi integrates her knowledge and experiences working in rehabilitation to promote a person’s well-being, mobility, and mental health. She aims to create a safe, open space for everyone no matter what stage of the healthcare journey they are in.

Alisha's goal is to create a warm and inviting environment where her patients can feel safe and supported. Her approach to healing is rooted in the belief that true well-being is a harmonious connection between mind and body.
She continually seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge, with certifications in acupuncture, pregnancy massage, fascial stretch therapy and reiki.

Petra is an RMT who is dedicated to facilitating a safe space for her patients to heal at their own pace. She is committed to educating herself on trauma-informed care and believes in centering each client's individual needs within a non-judgmental atmosphere. She enjoys running, dancing, outdoor adventures, art, and meeting new people in her spare time.
At TCMW, Petra uses her background in music and photography to provide a space for those in the artistic community to access care.

Ellyssa is an RMT who has spent a decade immersed in the art of healing, yoga, dance, music, & energy work. She has also earned 350-hours in certification with Ashtanga and Jivamukti yoga, studied dance and music for years in both Toronto & Berlin.
Ellyssa provides a holistic experience by using her knowledge of body work, energetic practices, movement and music.
At TCMW, Ellyssa brings her experience of recording and producing multiple albums, and loves to weave her sound into her sessions.

Malena is a compassionate RMT dedicated to helping people feel better in their bodies and reach their personal wellness goals. Her massage technique is firm, slow, and dynamic, often incorporating movement and stretch into her treatments.
Malena offers a unique approach to treatment via her additional training in Thai Massage. She combines her professional expertise with intuition developed from her active background in dance, yoga, climbing and dragon boat. She is passionate about educating others on body awareness, helping people articulate the pains, aches, and tension they feel in their bodies.
Outside the clinic, you can find Malena starting a new art project or trying out different sports. If not, she’s probably at home cuddling her cat or eating ice cream.

Chris is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who studied at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She has training in Thai massage, pre- and post-natal massage and Swedish massage as well as holds a Rainbow Health Certificate. Chris is skilled at creating a calm and supportive environment for her clients, focusing on relaxation to promote intentional healing. Nothing is more rewarding and awe inspiring to her than helping you on your healing journey.
She takes a mindful approach to her treatments, integrating techniques such as tractions, diaphragmatic breathing, rhythmic mobility and stretches to help clients feel relaxed and open. Chris believes that slowing down and being present with one’s body are essential steps in the healing process and she aims to facilitate this journey for each client.
Empowering each person with knowledge of how their body works and providing you with tools to benefit your healing journey is something she tries to incorporate into every session.
Outside her practice, Chris enjoys balancing her life by reading a good book with a cup of tea, hiking or cooking for friends and family.

Ashuka is a compassionate massage therapist specializing in musculoskeletal injuries and stress management. She aims to provide a healing touch through the use of trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage and Swedish massage to treat symptoms of acute and chronic pain. Outside of the clinic, Ashuka enjoys baking, camping and going on walks to meet neighbourhood cats.
At TCMW, Ashuka combines her experience of treating various populations and her science background to offer well-rounded treatment experiences.

Cynthia is an RMT who has been trained in several manual lymphatic drainage styles including the Vodder technique and Brazilian styles. Cynthia’s love for new experiences and learning opportunities extends to her enthusiasm for travel. Her favourite experience is getting lost in a place that she’s never been and making amazing discoveries on her own.
At TCMW, Cynthia has developed her own lymphatic drainage approach with a passion for empowering her patients on their own wellness journeys.

Max is an experienced Massage Therapist (RMT) with a deep understanding of anatomy and the healing process. A committed lifelong learner, Max has completed advanced training in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Scar Tissue Release, Hypermobility, and Pilates Rehabilitation. They dedicate their practice to supporting individuals with hypermobility-related challenges, facilitating injury recovery, enhancing long-term mobility, and helping to ensure post-surgical care is accessible for those who need it.

At TCMW, Max brings a valuable perspective as a gender-fluid, neurodivergent practitioner - drawing on both personal experience and professional expertise to create an inclusive & affirming space for others!

Mary Beth has practised in many settings with a wide range of clients. Over the course of a 30-year career, she has invested in study of the anatomy and function of connective tissue (fascia) and the physiology of chronic pain and stress. She is trained in advanced manual techniques and movement therapist, and contemporary neurofunctional acupuncture.
At TCMW, Mary Beth brings her experience with dance, rock climbing, and other forms of moving meditation, adapting and integrating the techniques to create a hybrid treatment unique to your goals.

Kim is a RMT who is passionate about treating the under-served demographic of post-surgical individuals. They’re active in the queer community and are dedicated to providing a space for that demographic to receive care. In their spare time, Kim enjoys going for hikes with their puppy, spending time at the beach and attending queer dance events with their friends
At TCMW, Kim provides the community with access to post-surgical care with a focus on gender-confirming surgeries, BRCA-preventative or cancer-related mastectomy, breast augmentation/reconstructions and other chest-specific interventions.

Trauma-informed and disability-inclusive, Kay is an RMT who approaches treatments with curiosity and listening through her fingertips. Her goal is to have patients better tuned and in-tune with their body’s tendencies and how they hold stress in the tissues. Using a combination of assessments, observations, listening, and neuromuscular techniques, she hopes to help patients release tension layer by layer.In her spare time, Kay can be found dancing, gaming, playing Pokemon TCG, and cooking.

Medical Acupuncture Provider
Tuan is a RMT who provides assessment-based treatments and is also trained in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Fascial Stretch Therapy and several other modalities. Throughout his years of practice, Tuan has learned from professional athletes and numerous practitioners who are at the forefront of their fields, allowing him to build a multifaceted treatment approach as well as a solid referral network for clients who require additional care. Tuan loves learning about trauma-informed care and spends most of his time playing games and being active outdoors with his partner and dog.
At TCMW, Tuan brings his experience and love of connection to provide the community with access to treatment-based care in a safe environment.

Andre is an RMT who is passionate about his continuing professional development and the education of his patients. Andre’s experience ranges from treating injuries to promoting relaxation and wellness. In his spare time, Andre enjoys playing/watching soccer and basketball, cycling, hanging outdoors, and watching cooking shows.
At TCMW, Andre provides the community with a unique approach to his treatments where patient goals are achieved through the lens of posture and his background in kinesiology. Andre can also implement the use of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) and Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) in his treatments.

At TCMW, Lex brings a precise needling style, gentle somatic hands-on treatment, and lymphatic breath support to enhance mobility, restore balance, and foster deep healing. By addressing multiple systems within the body, Lex guides clients through a process of profound healing and transformation, empowering them to experience lasting vitality and improved well-being.

Gabrielle is a Registered Massage Therapist who sees the body as an adaptive and interconnected system. She believes meaningful, lasting change happens by working with the body rather than forcing it. Her treatments are guided by presence, attentiveness, and a caring intention, focusing on listening to tissue responses, adapting touch, and supporting the body’s natural ability to release tension and regulate itself.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Gabrielle is intentional about creating a space that is welcoming, inclusive, and respectful for all. She brings a warm and attentive presence to every treatment, supporting clients to feel safe, cared for, and able to reconnect with their bodies.
Gabrielle has training in lymphatic drainage, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and Reiki. She continues to expand her skills through ongoing education, bringing this knowledge into treatments that are approachable, effective, and tailored to each client.
Outside the clinic, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with her 12-year-old child and her cat, Miso. She can often be found biking through the city, practicing mindfulness and yoga, and connecting with friends.

Saima is an Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner specializing in pain management, fatigue alleviation, and mental well-being.
Using a combination of acupuncture, herbal remedies, nutritional healing, and bodywork, Saima integrates traditional wisdom with evidence-based practices to address the root causes of health concerns.
At TCMW, Saima is dedicated to helping clients restore balance and cultivate a deeper connection to their bodies through holistic healing practices.
Outside of their practice, Saima is continually deepening her Tai Chi practice, enjoys cooking for friends, and is always working on perfecting their karaoke routine—believing that embracing both discipline and joy fosters a balanced life.

Leslie is an experienced and mature therapist that brings empathy, compassion and a calm enthusiasm to each treatment. He draws from a vast array of techniques and experiences to create a treatment experience that is unique to you including deep tissue, fascial release and craniosacral therapy.
As a trauma survivor Leslie provides a safe and welcoming environment for one and all.
In his spare time Leslie enjoys spending time with his children and volunteering.

Cinzia is a Registered Massage Therapist and Sutherland-Chan graduate with additional certification in Thai Massage. Therapeutic touch has always come naturally to her; even as a child, massage felt like an intuitive way to comfort and care for the people around her. Her appreciation for dance and psychology continues to shape the way she understands the body and mind — as deeply connected, constantly communicating, and deserving of attentive, intentional care.
Cinzia’s approach to treatment is slow, intentional, and deeply attentive. She blends the grounding, dynamic elements of Thai Massage with the flowing, restorative qualities of Swedish massage to create treatments that feel both supportive and therapeutic. Guided by thoughtful pacing, focused presence, and an intuitive understanding of how the body holds tension and stress, she aims to help clients feel more balanced, at ease, and connected to themselves.
Outside the clinic, you can find Cinzia taking a Latin dance class, going for nature walks, or spending time with loved ones over good food and lots of laughter. At TCS, she brings a calm and supportive presence to every treatment, creating space for clients to slow down, regulate and reset their nervous systems, and feel deeply restored.
